Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 9 am - 4 pm EST.
We ship all small retail orders via the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We can ship your order regular or, for an extra charge, by priority mail.
Wholesale and large orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. There is an additional fee for COD orders, which must be paid with Certified Funds.
Orders generally arrive 5-10 business days after they were placed, although you have the option to ship them priority mail for faster delivery.

We handle foreign orders on a country-by-country basis. If you live in a country that poses a problem, we will contact you after your order is made.
